Zenitta A. Anderson is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, author, educator, and innovator with more than three decades of leadership and organizational impact. She is Chief Executive Officer of Anderson Enterprises and most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at a nonprofit organization, where she led enterprise-wide operations, technology, human resources, facilities, strategy, and organizational transformation.
Zenitta holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, complementing her extensive executive leadership experience and continued study in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Her commitment to developing and empowering others extends beyond the executive suite, and this year, she been recognized as one of the 100 Women of Excellence for her leadership, impact, and service by the Honorable Erica Thomas-Adeyemi.
She is the creator of The 4-In Method®, a leadership and engagement framework centered on keeping people Informed, Interested, Involved, and Inspired, and the founder of Project Management Made Simple: A Beginners Guide for Students™, an educational initiative designed to make project management accessible to learners while developing practical skills in leadership, planning, collaboration, problem-solving, and goal achievement.
